Accenture - Proof of Concept: Detroit Pistons Audience Engagement Solution

With the goal of increasing attendance at Detroit Pistons games, the team led a design thinking workshop to co-solution and identify pain points for their customers (and specifically their ticketing journey). The following are outputs the research and a possible native application solution that focuses on a physical band that lights up - filling the arena with a coordinated light show - and realtime in-game statistics that would appeal to a younger generation of customers (fantasy basketball).
